Privacy Policy

Tenra Intelligence is an AI consulting firm based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. This website, tenra.ai, is operated by us. If you have any question about this policy or how we handle your data, email us at ronak@tenra.ai.

We collect personal information in exactly two places on this site:

• The contact form — your name, company, email address, and an optional message.
• The AI Maturity Index lead form — your name, company, and email address, together with your answers to the assessment questions.

While you complete the AI Maturity Index, your progress is stored in your own browser's sessionStorage so you don't lose your place. That data stays on your device and is cleared when you close the tab — we never see it unless you submit the form.

We do not set analytics or tracking cookies, and we don't collect anything you haven't typed into one of those two forms.

We use the information you submit for two purposes only:

• Responding to your enquiry when you contact us.
• Preparing and sending follow-ups related to your AI Maturity Index assessment, such as your results and our recommendations.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.

A small number of third-party services process data on our behalf when you use this site:

• Resend — an email delivery API. When you submit either form, its contents are sent through Resend to our inbox (ronak@tenra.ai).
• Vercel — hosts this website and serves its pages, which involves standard server request handling.
• Google Fonts — the typefaces on this site load from Google's servers, so your browser makes a request to Google when the page loads.

Each of these providers acts under its own privacy and security terms.

Form submissions arrive in our email inbox and are retained as ordinary business correspondence — typically for as long as the conversation or business relationship is relevant. If you'd like your information deleted sooner, just ask and we will remove it.

You can ask us at any time to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email ronak@tenra.ai and we'll respond promptly.

We handle personal data with the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021) in mind. If you're visiting from the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction with similar rules such as the GDPR, the same rights of access, rectification, and erasure apply — use the same email address to exercise them.

If we change what we collect or how we use it — for example, if we add analytics in future — we'll update this page and revise the date at the top. The current version always lives at tenra.ai/privacy.
